Position Overview
itrek seeks a Development Operations Associate to work as a vital member of the development team, supporting and expanding its day-to-day operations. The ideal individual will be someone organized and process-oriented, who loves seeing things run efficiently. The Development Operations Associate will focus on creating a seamless and productive workflow, assisting with technological tools, supporting the production of events, and providing back-end logistical support across the team.
Primary Responsibilities
Supporting the advancement of itrek’s CRM, including inputting and updating records
Producing donor lists and other reports
Supporting the production of fundraising events, both in-person and virtual
Managing physical mailings to itrek supporters
Supporting Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operating Officer and itrek Network Director on leadership engagement opportunities across itrek’s three boards
Assisting in prospect research to identify high-level prospective donors
Recommending improvements to development systems
Providing administrative support to the Chief Growth Officer, as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Preference for minimum of 2 years work experience in fundraising and/or operational systems
Bachelor’s degree required
Passion for itrek’s mission
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Proactive and self-driven, while also able to collaborate across teams
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
Excitement to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, committed team
